The city of Braga will soon have a new residential facility for the senior citizens.

The Braga ERPI, under the responsibility of ACA E&C and IELAC, is beginning to show its colours, standing out from the rest of the buildings with its avant-garde architecture. This project involves the construction of two buildings with a capacity of 77 individual rooms, 54 rooms in ERPI 1 and 23 rooms in ERPI 2, spread over 6 floors, with two below ground, in a gross area of 8000m2.
