The new Residential Structure for the Elderly in the city of Porto is completed.

Over almost 8,000m2, this building project is intended for a residential home with capacity for 120 individual rooms, distributed over 6 floors, 2 below ground.

This building typology consists of collective accommodation, of temporary or permanent use, in which social support activities and recreational and cultural animation are developed, as well as nursing care and satisfaction of basic needs.
