Four years and two construction projects later, the successful partnership between ACA Engenharia & Construção and the Palmares Resort has been extended once again, for a further 24 months.

This is the deadline for the construction of 44 new flats (29 one-bedroom flats, 9 of which are duplexes; 11 two-bedroom flats; 4 three-bedroom duplexes) spread over a total land area of around 12,100m2.

Designed to fit into the natural amphitheatre of Palmares, the "Signature Apartments" benefit from
panoramic views of Meia Praia beach and Lagos Bay, which can be enjoyed from the large covered and uncovered terraces. Adopting the colours and textures of the natural environment, the one, two and three bedroom plus one bedroom flats are fully furnished and equipped.

The building and design concept strictly follows the BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) specifications, ensuring exceptional credentials.
