In order to create a closer relationship between everyone, the HRD launched the Itinerant HRD project in 2023.

Through this, members of the HRD development team will travel to the various works / services of the ACA Group to meet individually with each member of the various teams, with the aim of clarifying any doubts that may arise, as well as creating a moment of listening and sharing opinions, feelings and perceptions on a set of topics considered important for the well-being and motivation of all of us, as workers:

• Work environment
• Leadership
• Career project
• Organisational culture and commitment

At the end of the 1st half of this year, we already had 4 worksites visited under the Itinerant HRD: ERPI Braga, Vilamoura Parque, Greenstone and Sublime Comporta.
