Sublime Comporta Villas is an innovative hotel complex located on the EN 261 in the Comporta area that combines the best of rural Alentejo life with the proximity of the sea. Built from scratch in a natural environment of rare beauty, it is inspired by a Feng Shui concept, offering all the comfort and security of modern life.

The contract awarded to ACA consists of 43 villas and 4 public buildings: Events, Square, Wellness and Staff, and the respective masterplan infrastructures. The Villas feature the chimney, one of the centrepieces of these dwellings.

These villas, with a swimming pool and private garden, are built on the ground floor and are available in types V2 to V4 and areas between 350 and 575 m2, prioritising privacy and views of the pine forest. This is a unique lifestyle proposal that offers an unrivalled range of facilities, including various sports facilities, a children's playground, a co-working space, restaurants, a wellness centre, etc.

Twelve months into the contract, the reinforced concrete structures of the public buildings and villas, block masonry, waterproofing, electrical installations, HVAC and water supply networks are underway. At the same time, work continues on the roads and all the external infrastructure.
